Welcome to Meyer Mini Farms. By accessing this website, submitting a form, purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or participating in one of our experiences, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Meyer Mini Farms provides animal-centered experiences and related services, which may include:

  • Mobile petting zoo experiences
  • Weddings and special-event animal appearances
  • Business, corporate, church, and community events
  • Closings with Cows
  • Photography sessions
  • Field trips and homeschool experiences
  • Seasonal and public farm events
  • Private farm rentals

  • Stays at the Highland Cottage

Availability, animals, pricing, travel areas, event requirements, and service details may vary. Additional terms may be provided through proposals, invoices, waivers, ticketing pages, rental agreements, or other written agreements.

If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement for a specific booking, the signed agreement will control.

Inquiries and Booking Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create a confirmed booking.

A booking is only considered confirmed after Meyer Mini Farms has provided written confirmation and all required agreements, deposits, payments, or other booking requirements have been completed.

We reserve the right to decline an inquiry or proposed collaboration when the requested experience is not a suitable fit based on availability, location, animal welfare, safety, logistics, property requirements, or other business considerations.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing, deposits, payment deadlines, travel fees, add-ons, and accepted payment methods will be provided for each experience through the applicable proposal, invoice, ticketing page, or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Quotes are subject to availability and may expire.
  • Travel charges and requested add-ons may be billed separately.
  • A date is not reserved until the required deposit or payment is received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the deadline stated in the applicable agreement.
  • Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation or release of the requested date.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and deposit policies vary by service and will be explained in the applicable proposal, invoice, ticket, reservation, or signed agreement.

Weather, unsafe conditions, illness, animal welfare concerns, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require an experience to be modified, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.

Any refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be determined by the terms associated with the specific booking.

Live Animals and Participant Safety

Experiences offered by Meyer Mini Farms may involve direct or indirect interaction with live animals. Animals can behave unpredictably, even when trained, supervised, and properly handled.

Guests and participants agree to:

  • Follow all instructions provided by Meyer Mini Farms staff and animal handlers.
  • Treat animals calmly, carefully, and respectfully.
  • Avoid feeding, touching, approaching, or handling animals without permission.
  • Remain within designated guest and activity areas.
  • Keep children properly supervised at all times.
  • Disclose relevant accessibility, medical, allergy, or safety concerns before participating.
  • Avoid participating while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could impair judgment or behavior.

Meyer Mini Farms may stop an interaction or remove a participant from an activity if their conduct could endanger an animal, guest, staff member, or property. No refund is guaranteed when participation ends because of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

Participants may be required to sign a separate acknowledgment of risk or liability waiver before taking part in certain activities.

Animal Welfare and Substitutions

The health, safety, and comfort of our animals come first.

Specific animals cannot always be guaranteed. Meyer Mini Farms may substitute an animal, adjust an activity, shorten an interaction, or remove an animal from an event when reasonably necessary because of health, temperament, weather, travel conditions, safety, or animal welfare.

Photos and descriptions on this website are representative of the types of experiences we may provide and do not guarantee the participation of a particular animal.

Children and Minors

Children must be supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, teacher, caregiver, or designated adult during all animal interactions and farm experiences.

The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring that minors follow all instructions and safety requirements. A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete a waiver or provide permission before a minor participates.

Farm Access and Private Property

Meyer Mini Farms is private property and is not open for unscheduled daily visits or drop-ins.

Entry is permitted only through a valid ticket, scheduled group experience, confirmed private rental, approved appointment, or Highland Cottage reservation. Visitors must remain in authorized areas and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

For the privacy and security of the farm, the exact address and arrival instructions may be provided only after a qualifying booking or reservation has been confirmed.

Unauthorized entry or access is prohibited.

Public and Seasonal Events

Public appearances and seasonal farm experiences may be hosted by Meyer Mini Farms or by an independent event organizer or venue.

Dates, times, activities, participating animals, ticket availability, and event details are subject to change. When tickets or registration are managed by another organization, that organization’s purchasing, admission, cancellation, and refund policies may apply.

Meyer Mini Farms is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or policies controlled by an independent host, venue, ticketing provider, or event organizer.

Photography Sessions

Professional, commercial, promotional, or income-producing photography and videography involving Meyer Mini Farms, its animals, or its property require prior approval and a confirmed booking.

Photographers and clients must comply with all scheduling, supervision, location, animal-handling, safety, and usage requirements provided for the session.

Submitting a photography inquiry does not guarantee availability, approval, a particular animal, or a confirmed session.

Photography and Media at Events

Guests may take personal photographs during an experience unless otherwise communicated. Commercial photography, organized photo sessions, drone use, and professional recording require advance written approval.

Meyer Mini Farms will obtain appropriate permission before using an identifiable guest’s image for its own advertising or promotional purposes when such permission is required. Separate photo or media releases may be used for certain events.

Collaborations and Promotional Requests

Submitting a collaboration, sponsorship, media, or promotional request does not guarantee acceptance.

Opportunities are reviewed based on brand alignment, scheduling, location, audience, animal welfare, safety, and the needs of Meyer Mini Farms. Any approved collaboration may be subject to a separate written agreement outlining responsibilities, deliverables, content rights, compensation, and other expectations.

Highland Cottage

Highland Cottage availability, pricing, payments, cancellations, occupancy limits, house rules, and booking requirements are governed by the applicable vacation-rental listing and reservation agreement.

When a reservation is made through Vrbo or another third-party platform, that platform’s terms and policies also apply. The cottage’s exact address and check-in information will be shared with confirmed guests according to the reservation process.

The Highland Cottage may not be used for events, parties, professional photography, commercial activity, or unauthorized visitors unless Meyer Mini Farms provides advance written approval.
